We provide a friendly, reliable, efficient and capable breakdown recovery service. Our experienced drivers are fully IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) trained to give you the highest standard of work, and with our versatile fleet of vehicles, we will endeavour to carry out any request, including:
- Vehicles without wheels or keys
- Accident damaged vehicles
- Off-road recovery
- Underground car park attendance and recovery
- Vehicle lock-out service
- Tyre replacement and puncture repairs
- Specialist motorcycle recovery and repair
We also provide a nationwide fleet transportation service, and secure storage at our 24 hr-monitored, 50 vehicle capacity compound.

Accident and Breakdown Repairs
At Waterfall, we are able to repair and service any make of vehicle, and we specialise in BMW / MINI and VAG vehicles: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda & Seat. We can also have your vehicle submitted for its annual MOT test while we have it in our care.
Even the best driver can have the occasional accident. Our quotations are free and the work is carried out by insurance-approved specialists.
If required, we can provide you with a courtesy vehicle whilst your own is being worked on - just ask when you book your car in.
