Established in 1986, Waterfall provides quality services at affordable prices, with a vast knowledge of all makes of vehicles.
Waterfall was started by David Cruttenden in Waterfall Cottages in Colliers Wood, and one year later moved to Beulah Road, Wimbledon where it is still based. David's younger brother Martin joined soon after, and the company, with its dedication to high quality work and great customer service, has enjoyed profitable growth ever since.
On their 20th anniversary in 2006, Managing Director Martin Cruttenden said:
"We are very proud to have built a successful and friendly business in Wimbledon, where we now offer a range of first class services including vehicle recovery, garage services and our new tyre-bay. We are really looking forward to the next 20 years".
In recent years, Waterfall has continued to expand and keep ahead of the growing industry regulation, for example by choosing to ensure all it’s operational staff are fully trained to well above the minimum required standards with IVR Training (read more about our Quality Assurance and training here...)
